Quick twin update
The girls are doing really well. They are now 6 weeks and 2 days old and are growing right on schedule. They are now up to 6lb12oz for Asya and Lexi is 6lb2oz. Both are about 20" long (give or take a quarter inch). They are starting to become more alert and spend more time awake then they used to though they still sleep a ton. Almost there....
Well here's a recent update for me n my twins. We are now at 35w2d and getting very excited as the girls could come any day now. I've been getting a TON of braxton hicks contractions. This may be because the girls don't seem to like it when I move around or change position. I literally get one every time I go from sitting to standing for instance. ( Read more... ) -
Evil pregnancy maladies
So last night after getting off work (a 10 hour shift) I went home to relax. Of course my job isn't that stressful and I don't spend too much time on my feet so imagine my surprise when I pulled off my socks and shoes to discover.... ACK my ankles and feet are all swollen up. Week 33's dr visit
So I had another doctors visit this week. My dr is really a nice guy and more then willing to answer all my questions. We talked about various symtoms I was going through (none of which really concerned him at all), did a cervical check (no dilation or thinning yet), talked about having non-stress tests (NST) done every week and now I'm getting ( Read more... ) -
Maternity Photo
So I was thumbing through some free baby magazines I had gotten and I found a coupon for a free 8x10 Maternity photo from Kiddie Kandids so I decided... hmmm why not. I dressed up really pretty today and went and had it done. They even had it printed out in 5 minutes after the shoot for me to take home same day. I was pretty impressed with the ( Read more... ) -
Week 28
Wow so it's been awhile since my last posting. I hate not having any internet connection. So what's been going on that's kept me away? Well other then my wireless router slowly dying away and losing internet connection at work (for the most part- I still get rare 5 min connections), Life has gotten Hectic. Twin Blog weeks 21-24
Uh yeah... so I know I haven't posted in a long while. This is mostly due to the fact I got transfered at work to a store that has no nearby wireless connections and the fact that my wireless router at home is dying and almost never lets me connect anymore. So I'm doing what I can with what I have.

Genders......
we had our 21 week ultrasound yesterday and the verdict is in............ We're having 2 Girls. Woot. we're very excited. After the doc did some "sightseeing" for us and gave us the news he did all the measurements and checked to make sure all the vital organs are in place and everything looking great.
