New Years fell and unfortunately I was actually 7 pounds heavier then I had been prior to the Winter holiday (take that Oreilly!). But I'm not that upset... It was awesome to cut 12 pounds from my waste line in 15 days. But I also realized I was losing alot more then fat. I had zer0 energy for lifting.
