In my constant attempt to expand my horizons, I decided to enlist your help. Especially now that I am not drowning in psychology text books.
So, tell me 5 books you think I should read and 5 albums I should know.
Of course feel free to list more than 5 of each.
danke :)

why? it's really good and I'm reasonably sure you don't have it. She has a new one out, but I haven't heard that yet.
books:
iff you like figure skating, Ellyn Kestnbaum's "Culture on ice: figure skating and cultural meaning" is excellent.
Annie Proulx: Postcards. (Novel by the author of brokeback mountain)
Octavia Butler (Sci-fi -- the really good kind).
Bertrand Russel, In introduction to mathematical philosophy (you've never taken such a long time to read such a short book, but by the time you've read the first two chapters, you'll know why 1 > 2).
Best American Science Writing; or Best American Science and Nature Writing (annual series, really good).
Lawrence Slobodkin: A citizen's guide to ecology.
Richard Dawkins, River out of Eden. Stuff about genetics, and mitochondral Eve.
Bruce Lee: Jeet Kune Do (or the shorter, less organized Tao of Jeet Kune Do).
I wonder if I gave you the same list the last time you asked?
