What happened to Lisa's book?

This may be a reallly late question to ask but I have been waiting patiently...I dont think I'm the only one, to find out whatever happened to Lisa's novel about Alexander the Great called Lion's Cub. If any one knows! please let me know

I have also been looking EVERYWHERE for this book. I think it has been released in Australia, but I'm not sure. When I tried to preorder it, I couldn't figure out how the International mail thing worked, so that was a bust, but if you find out, please post the info...please, please!
