So, this weekend is the GSG Beltaine mini-festival and like I've been doing since 2007, I am hosting the meal plan. What makes this GSG a little differant is that I am a little more prepared than I was at Samhain because I was able to create a menu that's not too difficult to pull off and everyone seems to love it. Since Sean's headaches are pretty much under control, Dr Chan decided to do a full blood panel on Sean. The results were half good and half crappy. The crappy is that his bad cholesterol is high, his B12 and Vitamin D levels were very low and he's slightly anemic. MEH ( Read more... )
