Turns out Omurisu is really delicious, though I kinda messed up the omelet part. Oh well.

I've also made more progress on writing project in the last week than I have in over a year.

It's also hot.

I'd suggest not using a small pan for the omelet part since trying to wrap it turned out to be a little more difficult than anticipated.
