Got to be decided by 5PM PST.

Should I take my food scale with me to Vancouver? I am so reliant on it now, I don't know how I got by without it. I LOVE the numbers it gives me. No more guessing.

If you usually use your scale, I don't see any reason of changing you for anyone else. I think it would be a good role model to show them how to correctly portion food. I seen a physical trainer & a diatician and they told me to scale & measure out food. I liked being taught how read nutrition labels and such. I loved the class...so you could give them a "class"; they may enjoy it too. You'll just have to feel your way with them. And if not, it's in your bag and you don't have to get it out in front of them. idk about J, what's he care if you have the scale?
About sister, I've found it's all in how you approach it. You can say something like "hey, I seen your book mark, care to talk about it? This is what I've read and studied" and then give your ideas.

Hey, can you tell me how to start running again? You've got me all fired up with the idea from your into. What's the baby steps? :)

if it's your food scale then i'd take it but if it's your scale for your weight, then i wouldn't. you'll probably bet too busy up there to really focus on it & you could probably get by without for the most part ( ... )

I think that showing her that I DO have eating issues would be a good way for me to be honest with her. That's all.
I try to be honest on here, I do have issues, but I am still healthy and happy and I o my best to keep it all at bay. That's all. :)

wow that's a tough call. maybe just tell her that you have a journal, and that is what helps you to stay on track.
