Halloween- like they say in "Mean Girls" it's the one time of year when girls can dress up like total sluts. Now that I'm an adult, the costumes are sexier, smarter, and cost more.

I have a strong desire to be skinny again. I mean, I often have this desire, but not often quite like this. I feel like I want to make John, my ex, hurt. No matter that I left him, and that hurts him already. I want to hurt him more. I know that being unheathy and weak will hurt him. I wish I had some right now. I hve less than $200 to my name and I need to pay some of it to mastercard/visa soon. I hope my student loan comes through. I hope I get a job. I had a job interview yesterday, and started an instructor training course for first aid. I want to work.

Why do I find it so hard to say "I love you"? Even to my sister, or my 3-yr-old niece? Why do I feel it needs to be saved somehow, or only to a very special person? How is it that I could barely say it to my old boyfriend, John, when we were together for 7+ yrs? Does anyone else have this issue?

Everyone on my immediate and extended family is here. My obese mother, my father who won't cook for himself, and my entitled brother. Plus people from my brother in-law's side. I had to move again- this time with my sister's whole family. Moving all the paraphenalia for a family of 4 (mom, dad, 1yrold and 3yrold) is a lot of work!

No internet at home until the 6th of October. :)

2 major stresses at this point.

1. Organic chemistry. I must study harder for this!

2. This TV interview I gave against my better judgement, which should be airing in moments and:
a/ may impact my career
b/will show me walking on TV, full on. Very tough for someone with BDD.

So yesterday was a struggle. I wanted to eat everything. I'm getting my period, so I'm sure that's why, but I have decided that tomorrow I'm going to indulge in a treat I haven't had in years, a special veggie burger at a special restaurant in vancouver.
