The program is not too difficult right now. It's based on the results of a VO2 max-lactate threshold test I did. My coach and I will be wrking out a goal race for later, but it may be this one: http://www.saharamarathon.co.uk/
that sounds like a pretty strict point system you will be following! i know it's not too strict (for you). good luck over the next 28 days! i know you can do it!
a little fat is good - it's what keeps you full! fat does not equal fat gain. remember that.
I really am afraid of fat. I cut down a bunch of body fat this time last year.
With the points I can't let myself be too disappointed when I don't get 30/30 EVERY day. It's really ambitious. I have been somewhat following it for a while now, and I am getting better at it all the time, but it is REALLY hard to fully stick to in that I need a fair bit of free time to complete all my daily tasks.

i'm afraid of it as well. thankfully, i hate almost anything with any kind of a fat content. the ONLY thing i eat with any fat in it is almond butter. i find it fills me up and keeps me full when i do eat. but it does make me feel guilty none the less. you can't expect yourself to get 30 out of 30 every day. but that doesn't mean you can't aim for it!
Hi I've been trying to cut my body fat for forever. Do you think the best method is to cut fat intake? How many grams would be considered good for this? i think my personal plan is around 30.
