I have been doing this for a while. I eat my dog's cookies sometimes while we're out for walks. The ones that are slightly cheese-flavored. I am happy when I am restricting, I like it. Jan 31st. I like to start my 28-day plan on the first of the month, so I started Jan 1st, then skipped Jan 29-31 so I could start again on the 1st Feb.

A few guidelines:
-Don't run more than 4 days per week to start, but at least 3x per week.
-This is a lot like the C25K program. There is lots of support on those websites for people new to running.
-I LOVE my iPod! I cannot run without it now!

I started back at Bikram Yoga (that's the hot yoga) in December. Yesterday I went to a 3-hr posture clinic followed by a class, which was kind of fun. The instructor is the Canadian champ, and I think 2nd place in the world!
