Adam was quite pleased as he left his quarters. The day had been quite a success so far. The mission had been a piece of cake, he'd written his report in record time. He'd spend some time doing target practise and then went to the gym. In about half an hour he had a date with Kate, but he wanted to check in with Peter Grodin first.

( Dressed in civvies he made his way to the control room. )

Peter was finishing up some things before he called it a day when Sergeant Stackhouse approached him with a smile. He felt himself relax because it didn't look like it was going to be with a complaint of some kind.

"Hello Doc Grodin," Adam greeted with a nod. "How are things going? Am I interrupting something?"

"Hello Sergeant," Peter said in greeting. "I'm doing well and as it is, I have a free moment. What can I help you with?"

"Great," he said. "I was wondering if there are bigger quarters available. Not that I'm not okay with mine," he added, his smile broadening. "But I'm spending so much time in Kate's quarters anyway, that it made sense if we moved in. So I came here to ask if there are any quarters available."

Peter hid his surprise at Stackhouse's statement. He hadn't know about the marine and the doctor or at least hadn't given it any thought. "I believe there are larger quarters but the Major and Doctor McKay need to give the okay first," Peter explained as he pulled up a document. "I can put you on the waiting list. You would be near the top," he replied as he added the marine and his girl. "Congratulations by the way."
