Question! For one of my characters, the time period their canon is set in is around the 1930's. But this character has powers built into their DNA. Are they allowed to keep them?

For the other character, it's also in their canon that they visit places that are considered Under Developed Civilizations. Am I allowed to keep with that? Or do they have to be made AU?

1. For Tyki, no powers, because. Well, it is AU. And powers ruin how fun that is. He can ttly have a split personality though. XD That and DNA experimentation (aside from the stuff that went on in concentration camps, er...kinda) hasn't really begun yet.

2. Personally, the mods think it would be hilarious if Cliff did visit under developed planets, so yes, you can keep that. Heck, there's a lot we don't know about the solar system(s) yet, so it's entirely plausible too. XD

Kind of along the lines of what aphonetic was asking... how AU is this? I had an idea of making Nia an actual alien who landed on Earth and had no idea wtf was going on (sort of inspired by Destroy All Humans, a game about an alien who is sent to 1950s Earth to ... destroy it XD), but is that too out there? Like just how much can we stretch the AU, basically? XD

ALIENS ARE GO. If Cliff can be one, then Nia can be one too. XD This is pretty much a crack RP, so the AU can be stretched outside the solar system, but on earth, I think we have to stick to what the time period is like (as in no vampires or werewolves, but aliens are totally probable XD).

Okay! I has one. On Doyle! Doyle's canon is that he's half demon, can I keep that or is that scrapped for the game? Eithers cool!

Well, the mods have decided that, for the sake of this game, the way the world was like, exactly, during the 1950's is how it's going to be like in the game. The reason we're allowing aliens, however, is because space is unknown, so it's possible that aliens exist? XD So, that'll probably be scrapped for the sake of the game.

Quick question! Not really related to the game storyline itself, but...how long do I have to write my app once I've put a character on reserve? (I checked the FAQ and poked around the app/reserved area a little, but I couldn't find anything. I might be looking in the wrong place, though. .__.)

We never really decided on a time, so uh...a week to a week and a half,but I'm not really keeping track, so basically as long as you want. Eventually we'll set down a guideline for that. XD
