Okay, in canon there are ~songstresses~ all around the Kingdom. And there is this whole mythological thing about how they sing every night and this somehow protects/bolsters the Kingdom - and a lot of warbling about the Songstress:King companionship and counterpart. And yet canon never actually decides to tell us what this is! We do know

Ayanami is voiced by Hayami Sho and therefore voicetwins with Muraki. :)

Jing is voiced by Saiga and therefore voicetwins with... a lot of people.

Labrador is apparently voicetwins with Kantarou.

Mewtwo does not actually talk. He's psychic, so it's aaall in your head. :)

Minako has a super special song voice and I am sure you knew that. Because she is the best idol ever and her voice can save your memories from being eaten or something.

Sera does the whole... singing to God thing. Which is more, I think, a function of who she is than her voice? Her voice calms demons down because she was part of the creation of demons on her world, not because it is ~magical.~ But it does do weird stuff! YOU CAN DECIDE WHATEVER WITH IT

Zanki has a very good singing voice. However, it's his guitar playing especially on Retsuzan that's ~special~ musical assassin etc etc.

Senri ... when he actually does speak I assume it sounds pretty much like... he never speaks.

Nekki Basara though. Man. Anima Spiritia/Song Energy, which I have crappily explained in that link. I can clarify it more if you want it, but basically, Basara... saves the universe through singing and the... energy he creates by singing... yes. So. There you have it. I think that counts as something 'special/unique/important about his voice.'
