. yogurt- 110 calories
. runts candy- 180 calories
. jerky- 80 calories
. 1 hi-c- 90 calories

i'm starting going on a diet starting today.

i very badly need to lose 20 pounds.

any tips on ways to lose weight?

peter and i are working things out.
even though i didnt write about us breaking up. its been a pretty up and down week.

all ive eaten today is some toast and eggs.
ill probably make some broccoli before work.
weight loss here i come!

This weekend I hung out with Megan for the first time in almost a year.
