24 is off to a great start
I missed my flight to Bangkok yesterday night. I tried to plead my way through: "What?! But I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding tomorrow! [bold-faced lie] And tomorrow's also my birthday! [true]" No dice. I had to plunk down $220 just to change my ticket to the same flight tonight. Beijing, in pictures
One of many catch-up posts to follow. I never have my camera on me for some of the more incredible things I've seen here. My goal for this summer is to carry it with me every day. Honestly though, my life here is no longer in such flux and I'm no longer in awe that I actually live here. I have a job and a routine... it's all pretty ordinary.
