Why not come out this Saturday and do the bike course with us? I've been taking out a training group of between 10-14 for the last few Saturdays. We start 7.30am prompt in the parking lot behind the strip mall, behind the gas station on the corner of Decker Lake and Decker Lane.

And nice job finding your rhythm and finishing strong. It's not easy to turn things around once you get into a negative place, so that's a definite win.
