BOOYA. I knew the shinies would work. So we took down a building and set some parts of the City on fire -and oh, Mr. V very nearly died-, but it did work! Hey, I like the guy, hope he pulls through. I'm just saying we should be all "Yay we're the greatest things ever!" without know what exactly it is we did. People just tell us things, and we go for it. It's idiotic.

Hm. I guess you have a valid point. And if it were anyone less reliable than Mr. V I would've doubted the plan, but he's kept us up to date with every detail of his findings, so I like to think it was a well-informed choice. It does border just a little close on one man leading the blind masses, but... it worked out okay, right? I think that's what matters.
