Boo for Summer School

Yeah, so I got my paper back from Dr. Ryan today. Not as bad as it could have been, but definitely not my best work. I sat for 8 hours trying to write a 6 page essay in Haley last Thursday night. I just couldn't seem to be motivated to do anything for it. I had the most extreme case of writer's block ever! My first paper for Dr. Wehrs was

I don't think it's your other paper writing personality's fault. Dr. Ryan just doesn't know a good paper when he sees one. I was proud of the paper I turned in for him and he gave me a B. I didn't hear of anyone who did well on his papers though, so maybe that's alright....

Well, the paper definitely wasn't my best work...it definitely was a B paper...but, such is life...I guess, in retrospect, it's a lot better than I thought it was...lol. But yeah, Dr. Ryan looks for ideas and writing that he doesn't really prepare you for in class...but, it's almost over...:)...and no more papers for him! =)

You know Lindsey, if you would actually do your work when it is assigned and not wait until the last possible minute you would make good grades. Mrs. Brown would be so disappointed in you. Damn...I do need to quit thinking about the graveyard...lol...but it's so dark and tempting...and don't even get me started on him...I'd be here all day...lol
