Did you prep the AGM battery, or did the shop who sold it to you?

The battery was prepped by the dealer at time of delivery. Kymco only offered a one-year warranty on the whole bike; the second year only covered the powertrain. I attribute the failure primarily to Arizona's climate, which is good at killing batteries. Here, only the strong ones survive. This one lasted 26 months, so I can't complain much ( ... )
