There's still and hour and five minutes of 2014 left here, but I have little inclination to wait for the clock to turn over. I wish you all a Happy New Year, may it be even better than 2014. I'm getting text-bombed by the stupid Leibert UPS we have in the airport center, but I'm not the on-caĺl guy tonight so I think I'll just turn the phone off.

Not much room left in 2014 for surprises. The last one was that the roof had been traumatized this summer and needed some emergency repairs over lunchtime today before the winter rains. My HP TouchPad has been great for the last three years. However, I kinda wanted something a bit sportier. So I picked up a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 in Titanium Bronze.
