met some friends out there for a few drinks. pine valley is pretty far out there; like, intensly far. it's definately small- in fact, i'm sure your boyfriend was there because pretty much everyone in pine valley under the age of 24 ws there (meaning about ten people).

You want to know why else I'm wonderful. I know how to take care of drunk people real good.

Nah but seriously.....that was actually kind of fun. I'm sorry last night was so harsh to you today. You DID do a mighty fine job of fixing everything that was broken due to a certain drunkard. Not me.

Poor Daryl.

it's true- you pretty much rock.

i can be pretty handy with tools, even if there is beer involved. go team!

iron mountain is awesome. take the 67 north until you see it on your right. there's some cars parked out in the front of the trail usually.
also stonewall peak....I actually don't know where exactly it is cause I only hiked this when I was little...but I think it's in the cuyamaca's. neither of them are super strenuous, but really beautiful and fun to hike.

hope you are well :)

peace. danielle.

i've been doing a little online sleuthing and both of those seem to be some popular sites. do you know how long a hike iron mountain is?

there's a pretty intense hike that i went on that was pretty rewarding up near ramona. my friend called it the devil's punchbowl. unfortunately it's a bit too late in spring for it to be at the height of it's beauty.

it has a small stream that empties into a nicely sized pond from about a hundred or soo feet above.

i remember parking being somewhat of an issue. also i almost died from the heat on the hike back. so go very early.
