'Grounded Books' sounds good. Sounds like a dependable, sensible kind of publisher.

Or I suggest "Shocking Publications" just in case you ever decide to diversify your literary catalogue in to soft-core pornography ;-)

I was trying to come up with a pun based on Watt/what, but couldn't get anything to scan.
