Well, I've been out of commission work-wise for two days now. I did something to my shoulder, though I suspect my computer chair has quite a bit to do with the problem. My left shoulder has a burning pain (not quite a stabbing pain) that I believe is located in my upper trapezius and levator scapula muscles. I was supposed to work at the retreat
