I don't normally whinge on the internet, but today needs to be an exception. I really am getting very frustrated with stuff, and maybe if I have a good vent I will feel better.

As a further note, I rang the ANZ complaints line, seeing as nothing happened when I complained online. The staff person said she would sort everything out. She changed my name on the account to only being one person (I'd been told this was already done when I went to the branch in Belconnen about two months ago- they are such liars). She tried calling the branch of the bank where Oscar handed in the paperwork to get the credit card thing done, and (surprise surprise!) they didn't answer their phone. She offered lots of apologies. I said I wasn't interested in apologies, I just wanted to know why we are being treated this way. She said sorry again. I am *so* not interested in "sorry" right now.
