Con-going

So I've been thinking back on all the cons I went back when I could afford to go.  And thinking about how some were so much fun and how some stuff kept others from being as great as the con should of been.

And while some stuff might of been slightly out of my control, most of it does have to do with my choices.  Some stuff- while good intentioned-

I thought I should make a note of this that I mainly wrote this for a bit of therapy and I really do miss going to cons for all the aggravation I got over the years. I can now let go of stuff, since I was as guilty of stuff too and/or let it happen. (Though I will still not room with certain people or travel with them -aka drive them to cons. LOL)

I mainly decided to share this with every one since I thought this could help them keep on enjoying going to cons. Or if they hadn't been having as much fun, maybe help them realize WHY.

Perhaps if/when I can afford to go to cons again I SHOULD take part in a con-going 101 panel. (I do know a lot about what NOT to do! LOL)

There's usually a "Con Horror Stories" panel going on someplace. :>

I don't think any of my stories rate as a "Con Horror Story"...mine are more like IDIOTIC con-goer stories. LOL

Unless I start talking about the 'creepers'...THERE'S some con horror stories for you! (Oddly enough, I only had on real case of stalking due to cosplay. And that one was super creepy. The rest all happened while I was wearing normal clothes- i.e. jeans & a large t-shirt.)
