So I ran into the girl that I had been most looking forward to seeing even since before I arrived, at the pool hall the other night. Wow that was bad english. The only problem was I was far too fucked up to advantage of the opportunity. At least I was straight up honest with her, I would love to see you right now, but I'm far to fucked up to talk.

So they are trying to change my medication from anxiety/panic-relief to anti-psychotics. It is all because they gave me a new doctor (named Pesicola or something -- sounds like a soft drink). I took offense to the idea and told her to go fuck herself and her mind-control drugs. She diagnosed me with paranoia and extreme schizophrenia (instead of mild). I tried explaining to her that I don't want my paranoia treated because it gives me an advantage because I always 'pay attention' and that I don't want my bi-polarity changed because it gives me too much of a high. She told me that these things cause my anxiety and that I need to fix A to relieve R (basically) and I don't want to change the whole alphabet, if you know what I mean (B-Q). Becca wants to hang-out.

Tell her that you are a student of pharmacy and psychology and that you know exactly what your problems are, and the best ways to cure them for YOU. In America everyone thinks that they know best, the truth is that self-diagnosis is one of the most amazing things you can do for yourself. Nobody knows you better than you, and if you can learn to listen to the needs of your subconscious then you can learn to positively affect your reality. Tell her that you don't intend to be hostile towards her, or behave paranoidly towards her, but that you possess a better understanding of the situation than her. Do it with all the charm and charisma you can, and make sure you understand the full legalities and logistics of the situation.
