So we got a letter from one of the neighbours appealing to us to write to our council objecting to a proposed mobile phone tower being raised at the cricket ground. It'll be disguised as a flagpole and set amongst flagpoles, but "will be a full 4 meters taller than the other flagpoles on the ground... and will be an eyesore

That reminds me. What do you do for a living? I vaguely recall someone saying you were or had been a lighting engineer. Do you have more general AV knowledge as well?

If so:
a) Could you do, or wing, a job in corporate AV?
b) Could you work for a large bank?
c) Could you work in London?
