strongman/conditioning today:
total of 4 tyre carries, 2 sets of 5 bollard squats, 2 sets of tyre-stone lifts 5 reps each
cardio tyre +35kg carry 20 paces, tyre-stone carries, bollard carries done in : 46:15, 46:30, 43:65, 43:00 timing off as i was timing it and doing the workout could probably cut it down to 40 seconds if someone else was timing.
