Say Cheese!!

I googled some cheeses while I was enjoying a nice snack of Humboldt Fog , and I found a Library of Cheeses!!  There are quite a few that I've never even heard of, let alone tried.  This sounds like a SPLENDID summer activity.  Cheese of the week club, perhaps?  Who's with me?

I was at a cheese shop in Portland a month or so ago and was asking about some cheese with "fog" in the name that I had had the night before at a restaurant.

Cute Cheese Guy: "Humbold Fog?"
Me: "No. I've heard of that, so I would have recognized it."
CCG: "Fog Light?"
Me: "Yeah! That's it!"
CCG: "That's the same thing. It just comes in smaller wheels."
Me: "Oh."
