I think the best thing is that I recognized the different music before I actually recognized the formations.

"Hey that's the Tetris music!"...30 seconds later "Ohhhhhhhhhhh NEAT!"

Hopefully this will post in a way that will play properly. But this has been around long before that marching band stole it

Yeah, I've seen this too. Talented and very amusing. But I wouldn't say that the marching band "stole" the idea of covering nintendo music...

Agreed. I'm sure that both are ideas seen from previous performances. Not to mention that the nintendo nerds live on in every generation...and they seem to find their way into school music programs. All are quite amusing nonetheless.

Now, now, don't be getting into an argument over who was first this or that, I'm sure everyone on the net has seen the choir one before :)

I just liked the fact that they managed to get a whole fucking marching band into recognizable shapes.
