So I was telling Myr the other day...I got another package from the boys in the back room. Now they insisted that it was only a little Sara/Greg scenelet and that it would be fluffy and porny

Maybe it is because I just woke up, or maybe it is because that was a sweet funny angsty ride full of perfect character moments and the bestest bye-bye-Grissom-crush and oh, I give up because I am still gibbering.
I need a Sara icon. Sorry I can't give you anything constructive, but I am such an emotional reader -I get sucked in by the story transparent and - yeah, a ride. What did I love though?
The thank-you-very-much Protestant work ethic of Sara, her guilt and nervous energy channeled into controlling her life while Greg snoozes. The argument that isn't - yeah, just something not being right and it builds. So true to CSI and a lot of the Sara interaction/characterisation - It is not about big pronouncements but unspoken accusations and tense moments and terse "Fine"s.
Wow, see me gibber.
And I love me some Pirate!Greg porn it seems. Oh yeah.

I didn't think you could top your previous story but you did!! I LOVED this. I really like Sara/Greg told from Sara's POV but considering how difficult her character is, it's really hard to find. You did a GREAT job!!
And I LOVE to know she is truly satisfied by Greg. (Can we order more Pirate!Greg porn?)

Baie'la thank you so much! I have a thing for Sara, every CSI fic I've written so far has her in it,*is a wee bit obsessed* it's such a huge boost to hear that I have a grasp on the character.
As for Dashing!Pirate!Greg! I have *no idea* where he came from but I can't see him disappearing for too-too long.
And: Congratulations to you, for you know what! I tried to say something on your LJ but couldn't because of random LJ stupidness.
Okay *you* I have to congratulate! Not random others I get you mixed up with...*points to earlier comment*
*stands up* Hi, my name is Badgirl and I'm very dumb.
But, Pirate!Greg and Wench!Sara don't seem to mind...ANY-way. I'm happy I made you squee on a day, when you have bigger and better things to squee about. (See I thought you were Tripp and...yeah. Hijinks ensued...kind of like a witty French farce except minus the wit)
Thanks! *grin* tripp3235 are easy to confuse as we have the same obsessions!
Well, the initial squee-ness of my situation has worn off slightly, replaced by a vague seasick-like feeling that has kept me pretty much stationary... this story was a wonderful break from that (I've already read it twice now)!

Thank you. And I don't think you gibber at all, you said some really sweet and lovely things any fic writer would be pleased as punch to read.
So thank you again, Stumble *hugs*
