Wow, is it hot or what? I've been doing absolutely nothing, dispite that fact I've an essay due in on the 18/05, will have to try and get it done during the week, I'm trying but the heat plus 'that time of the month' is leaving me hot, irritible and wound up

sweethaert, you know you're not wasting anybodies time, the psych-o is there to try to help you. i know the thought therapy is frightening & scary but believe me, if you give it a chance it will help in time. please don't ask to be discharged?? they probably won't listen anyways, the staff at S Hill probably won't listen again.

please believe you're as worthy & deserving of help as anybody else??
