I finally got my ass in gear and finished another 15 bottles of absinthe!

Actually, it would have to be done in a still but I cheat.

I make a strong wormwood extract (with other herbs, you know) and then mix with 100 proof vodka.

I know it's cheating - but it works - tastes good, and makes a beautiful louche when you add the chilled water! Mmmmm!
