Just spent an hour trying to track down a package I ordered from Chapters-indigo. ARRGH! FOund it finally! BOth websites had the wrong info, and I had to call Canada Post and Chapters twice each - TWICE EACH - because they don't have access to each other's shipping/tracking/ordering numbers ( Read more... )
