I agree! White is the way to go.

Reds. I know you like them better.. and I think they're more interesting (maybe easier) to taste the differences in each one. But if you're tasting a lot.. maybe white will be easier on your fatigued tastebuds. Aw, heck, bottom's up. Try 'em all!
