It's really important to have a good support system when you have a chronic illness.

Unfortunately, my spouse is not part of that. He doesn't understand how much sleep i need, or care that i hate how overweight I've become. He makes false promises and gets my hopes up about going to get me a gym membership after we got the car taken care of.

Today has been a melancholy one for me.

Last night someone hit Gabby, Axl's nine-month-old blonde tabby. Then they laid her body in our driveway. Roy discovered her, completely freaked out and thinking he had done it. So my life has pretty much summed up thus far in one pretty little phrase: "maid mode". I clean up after two males every single morning.

I am so tired of it.

First entry in a very long time.

I had a mental breakdown October 2018, and took it out on my oldest daughter.

Blacked out after picking her up to put her back in her room for what seemed like the fifty millionth time.

I bit her on the shoulder. Did not draw blood.

Tried to kill myself. Had myself admitted.
