Absolutely random trivia

Okay - vampire hunter D. They have cyborg horses. They also have occasional heavy transport. Why are the horses cyborgs? Either tell me the answer or make up a good one. Been trying to figure this out. Are they old tech? What happened to real horses? May be more randomness later

They are actually real horses wearing power armor. Because the horses are lazy.

I consulted wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire_Hunter_D

and found that it is probably some really old vampire tech from the apocalypse. Or, that is my guess.

Because there is nothing quite as feeling power between your legs? Oh maybe they like the high powered food source. leave enough animal to get blood from them but enough speed to out run things. Cause screw you and the horse you rode in on does not work with out the horse. Cause chicks dig horses.

They have horses because it is very hard to get that "flowy cloak/cape/ overcoat" look on anything else
