Sam Wilson, pararescue skills

Mostly in fanfic we see Sam as a flier, fighter, or mental health professional, but PJs have a pretty big and impressive skillset even without experimental wing packs. I'd like to see Sam use some of his old pararescue skills working with Steve or the Avengers.

Tony has Many personalities!

Bruce discovers Tony has multiple personalities, or DID, unbeknownst to Tony. The rest of the team think Tony is joking but when they learn it's serious how will this affect the team? Will they go against one of the alter's wishes and tell Tony he has this disorder?
consider including a female, child, and shy alter for Tony. no slash. Bruce and Tony friendship focused.

Hurt/comfort with post-WS Bucky as the comforter

Post-Winter Soldier Bucky seems to be the fandom's woobie, for fully understandable reasons, but I'd like to see him comforting else for once. After all, he took care of Steve before the war, and the instincts could still be there under the Hydra conditioning.
Hurt can be physical or emotional. Any good guy can be the comfortee, but I have a special fondness for de-serumed Steve (because bitty Steve is adorable), Sam (because Sam spends so much time looking after other people), or Thor (because I would love to see some Bucky & Thor interaction).
