Too many men who really have no interest whatsoever in women will call themselves, "bi," under the idiotic misconception that calling themselves, "gay," will emasculate them. This leads to the equally-idiotic misconception that there's no such thing as bisexuality.
Too many men who find both men and women attractive freak out about their same-sex attraction. They call themselves, "bi," secretly fearing that their attraction to guys will cause their dicks to retreat into their crotch and turn into a vagina. Not wanting to lose their heterosexual privilege, they publicly date women. Because they're assholes, they fool around on the side with men. It has nothing to do with their sexuality, nothing to do with being attracted to men, nothing to do with being attracted to women. If they were purely straight or purely gay and in a relationship, they'd still be fooling around on the side. Unfortunately, these jerks end up giving everyone who identifies as, "bi," a bad name.

shadowof1, I'm sort of agree with you. It would annoy me so much if women were involved.

_candide_, thanx for this classification. And know what? I start to think you might be absolutely right to have called him 2nd type. Because we were supposed to go out yesterday night and then he figured out some guy was going there with his girlfriends. When we were there that last time, my bi told one of those girls he was straight when she asked him for a dance. So he was freaked out to go there with me again, he told it'd be embarassing for him and he wouldn't be able to relax and have a good time.
