Need more information, kid. Why do you feel the need to come out? It might not be a good idea if your dad (for example) is a drunken abuser. Do they volenteer at the church every weekend and talk over dinner everynight about how Obama is the antiChrist and faggots ought to burn in hell, or do they just happen to go on Easter and Christmas eve?
How old are you? Are you in school? Are you financially independant? You know your parents better than the people in the community (presumably~) so what do you THINK their reaction will be (and why?)
I think you need to go into a lot more depth, unless you just want a few bullet point generic tips (which you could easily have Googled for)
Also, if youre hot, you should mention that (and post shirtless pics, its a community rule). If youre fat, forget it~
why do i feel the need to come out? because i'm tired of living a lie! and because i recently met someone who i've fallen head over heels for...
my family is quite involved with their church, but don't talk about how Obama is the antiChrist or how faggots ought to burn in hell. my whole family is pretty cool, but i'm worried about how they'll take the news.
i'm 30, finished with college, moved out years ago and am financially stable. oh, and i am hot.

so whats the problem? just tell them. if they dont like it, then theres nothing you can do but wait a bit and try to restablish contact, but ultimately its their choice if they want to be a part of your life or not after you tell them.

what stops you then? it makes no sense to hide - if they cannot accept it, you will suffer anyway, and if they can, the worst that might happen is that it takes time - and the earlier you do it, the sooner they will come to terms with it
Go to your local gay bookstore, or local bookstore, or heck, even an online bookstore, and buy a support book for parents of gay children. One of the positive ones about gay acceptance, and not one of the exodus international ones. :3 There are also books by biblical scholars that refute the stance that the bible condemns homosexuality
