I read your post at the community and some of the comments you got. I have to agree with those whose words I read. This guy is saying you can clock in at such and such times and then cutting you short and placing all these rules on everyone? Did he tell you about the mandatory lunch break during your orientation or anytime earlier during yoru employment? That angers me. And yes, he can get in trouble for that if he's been doing that.
It could be that the store isn't making the predicted sales amount and he needs to save time, but, from the sound of things, he's not doing that the right way.
