[ The Dreamberry shows the cloudy sky; and then, tumbles wildly along the ground, showing dizzying shots of the grass and the sky again, before flopping upwards, showing the clouds once more. There's another grunt, a female's, and the Dreamberry goes spinning wildly a second time, landing face down in the grass

...What are you trying to figure out?

...The bird turned into this. [ She looked towards the other. ]
...Who are you?

Tybalt.
And that device you're referring to is called a Dreamberry, though I still do not see how a bird is involved.

[ Gwendolyn stiffened a little, feeling a bit silly that this stranger could so easily point out what she could not. The Princess spun her Psypher casually, pointing the glowing blue crystal tip towards the blue Dreamberry. ]
Sir Tybalt, then. [ It was her luck that she didn't have to explain her plight again; in an instant, the Dreamberry transformed back into the Blue Bird after having not been used. The shimmering bird ruffled its feathers wildly, before circling the Princess and landing on her shoulder. Satisfied that her point had been proven, the woman spoke again. ]

...clearly there was more to this world than meets the eye. much more. but he just gives a polite nod once he's regained his composure.
so she was royalty.]
Princess Gwendolyn. I am not familiar with the family name, but I suppose that is to be expected. Also I did not know that the Dreamberry could change into a bird or to anything else for that matter, so I cannot provide you an explanation for that.
[a glance at her.]
Do you even know where you are?

It is a far cry from my father's heaven, but not so dreary as to be the Netherworld.
[ There was a pause. ]
...You do not know of my father, the Great Lord Odin? He is ruler of the Heavens and the Gods of Erion. Even mortals know of him. [ Somarium really was a peculiar place, then. ]

...Special about it? I had a rather peculiar arrival. One moment I was home, and then the next... [ She wasn't. Simple as that. ]

[ So... then...it was true. Her father really did... put her to rest. ]
So its true. I really was put under a spell... [ Gwendolyn glanced to the little bird, who lifted from her shoulder, slapping it wings to stay aloft. ] And you, Sir Tybalt? How did you arrive to this land?

I was sleeping at home and awoke to find myself here. I believe that is the common method into this world.

So then, all one has to do is awaken. [ Gwendolyn had a feeling, however, that was easier said than done. ] If that is your own desire, Sir Tybalt, good luck to you, then.
[ The Princess took a few light steps back, before pushing off with her right foot and a couple of inches into the air, which, as the wings at her hips expanded, soon turned into a couple of feet. The great wings flapped, keeping her in the air as Gwendolyn held onto her Psypher Spear, looking to Tyablt. ]
How well do you know the area?

[and he'll be watching with some fascination. the last person he saw floating like that was a psycho tree goddess, but without the wings. though Juliet had also sprouted wings, just not quite like hers. but he only looks up at her and remains calm despite the otherwise odd spectacle before him.]
I still have yet to explore all of Somarium, but I know the layout fairly well.

Pumpkin... [ And if she ate another pumpkin, she would go insane. ]

Yes, and I can lead you to it.
[and he's going to give a rather loud whistle. within a few moments there's a neigh-like sound and the flapping of wings before the winged dark horse-like creature appears before them.]

You control such a beast?! [ Such skill needed to be respected, certainly. ]
