Mm...I am actually a fan of Kotetsu topping, but I guess it's okay if he bottoms too (there are already so many djs of him bottoming, so it's no surprise they decided to go along with that too).

Uke!Kotetsu is indeed popular, but it's also possible that they decided it based on the actor... If the main actor (called Okada Atsuto) only tops, then they had to make him top the Kotetsu actor. Oh well, I don't know a thing about making AVs so I don't really know. Haha
Lolol, OMG, I will totally buy that AV if the guys are cute. It would be the first and only AV I've ever bought, so hopefully it's not too expensive and is actually worth it! Can you keep us posted on this? I am thrilled too that Kotetsu is the uke!

I finally saw the cover image of the DVD when I got home...the guys are...kinda...not my taste at all. And gawds, that dude in the second picture, please don't tell me he's one of the actors? Yucks.
If you do end up buying it (thank you for being our guinea pig), please let me know if it's worth it. The price actually isn't too bad, considering BL games are so much more expensive already. I'm more concerned about the aesthetic values. I know I shouldn't expect so much from a BL AV, but I can't help being greedy. (^_^)
The person in the second picture is part of the production team, I think. So he's not acting, AFAIK.
As long as they're not horribly ugly, I can stand it. And the lead actor looks okay -- I mean, he doesn't look like the characters he's portraying, but he doesn't look that bad. Under the "fujoshi filter," it will definitely look much better, at least in my case. HAHA
I'm not yet sure if I'll be able to buy it though. It's very difficult buying from Japanese sellers because they don't ship internationally...
Also, if you're interested in BL cosplay (not AVs) done by good-looking males, just tell me. I'm quite familiar with some Chinese cosplayers who do awesome BL cosplay, and I can show you their photos. XD
I don't understand why they have to create an LJ comm in order to share the scanlations of other teams. Can't they just join the scanlation teams' LJ comms and leech? They're actually making it hard for themselves. Most communities aren't even that demanding, so... I don't get it.
The owner said it's because they get the urge to "share" the works but can't do it because of the scanlation team's rules... But if they want to share, they can just tell their friends to go to the scanlation team's LJ and join... Is it really so hard? Are they too lazy to even do that?
I also don't get it. Do they steal and repost the download links or re-upload or both? Either way, it's not really that hard to get into scanlation comms. Well, it wasn't. Until a lot of them became irritated at CI Yaoi and made rules and things. So if you think about it, they're making their own problems :|
P.S. On an unrelated note, I'ma transfer ownership of za_atar to you, if that's okay. I don't really think I can be as active in it as I want to be.
