[With the start of a new year - not to mention New Year's Eve passing again - and the cold weather, someone's been going a little stir-crazy lately. ...Mostly that middle statement, though. That's the second time that New Year's Eve has occurred since her awakening, and yet again what was supposed to happen didn't transpire.

A goal that we can't accomplish? Man, I must be one of the few lucky ones, I can still accomplish it while being here... Sort of.

[Laughing.]

"Sort of"...? [Even if this isn't a response that counts, these last two words kind of make her wonder.]

I can still fulfill my goal while being here! What about you?

[Someone's... awfully cheerful. Then again, if she has a goal she can actually accomplish here, it's hard to blame her for being cheery.]

...Negative.

I think we all have something we'd like to accomplish back home, even if it's minor. But being here does put a damper on progress doesn't it?

[Should this one count?

...It sounds like it should. Nine, then.]

...Affirmative.

...affirmative. [ That is such an odd response. It's almost like, like one of those computer things. Helios is confused. ]

Ah and how about you?

Nu is also... unable to complete her directive. [As long as she doesn't have to state what her directive is, she's fine with saying that.]

It can be accomplished here, but would be better accomplished in my own world. But you know this already.

[...Okay, this response she can't help but to smile at.]

Of course~ It's the same for me, too. [Except that while she could, theoretically, accomplish her own goal here... well, she's missing something required for the method she has in mind, unfortunately.]

It's easier when your goals involve destruction of any sort.

Yeah. You can still do that here, but you definitely can't help people back in your world. [Then again, goals like the ones these two have seem to be more uncommon, too. Several people seem to prefer aiding others over causing destruction of some sort, going by the responses so far.]

Obviously. Most everyone ought to and those that do not are short-sighted at beast and listless at worst. [Ignore that his fiance replied saying she can work it out here. Which is why he's filtering it at all, to be out of her sight]

[Ten.]

...Acknowledged. [She kind of sees his point, but she'll refrain from commenting for now.]

[That was unexciting. He sighs and decides to leave it at that for now]

And what point is there in this inquiry?

Insufficient information regarding the inquiry had been provided. [In other words... She was curious about it and just scouring the journals wasn't proving to be all that helpful.]
