So I started my job about a month ago. My room was a complete disaster, but I have been staying late whenever I can to clean. By the end of the year, I will be somewhat happy with it. I really need a board of some kind. I have kids coming in so late. I hate starting over in my directions. If I had a board I could write out what they should do, like

Hooray for getting your new job. You should be proud of yourself. I have been keeping up with your journal over the years, and you have come a long ways. You seem to have lost your individuality along the way, but it is no surprising considering the path you had chosen to go down. Sadly as an artist you will lose creativity as well if you can not find the person you are. I know you are not the person you think you are, but you can be. It is possible with being a teacher.

Don't grow up too soon. People die early, you know.
