Andrea!! I'm just overworked and stressed out and making stupid decisions in my life. But other than that I'm fine ;) How are you? I've missed you!

We do have labor laws actually (or so I've heard...), but apparently the Big!Boss thinks they're overrated. He wants to buy himself out of the problem with me having too little days off... I'm looking forward to the offer he'll be making me. That'll cost him A LOT.

But for now, I have the whole week off. YES!!!

I was underwhelmed by Dollhouse too! Echo is just really bland, and I get that she is supposed to be, but it makes it hard to care about her. Also, the lack of witty dialogue was very disappointing! I kept waiting to laugh like I do whenever I watch any other Joss show, but for Dollhouse there was nothing. I hope it gets better.

That's the main problem I see since I've heard about it the first time.
I get that it's about the loss of identity, but why should I care if I can't relate to any of the characters or grow fond of them?

I'm still hoping though. At least the dialogue has to get better, right? I mean it's Joss! He can't just start writing crappy dialogue, can he? *pouts*

Hey you!!!!! Glad to hear from you - I was getting worried for realz. But not worried enough to pick up the phone mainly because I'm constantly stressed and grumpy and not fit for human interaction.

Stress is of course nothing compared to yours, just the self-made, unemployed kind of stress. And constant sniffing and coughing. Stupid kids.

The only show I've been able to watch with any regularity is my SPN *hugs her boys, leik woah* and a couple of eps of 'Leverage' from when I visited friends cross-country (yeah, I'm braggin'. I never go anywhere so this was a BIG DEAL!) ;) I'll wait & see what the class thinks overall with the DH & go from there. Heh.
