Not my sucky morning, but my neighbors. So I'm in the kitchen... looking out the window and I see the manager out there. I have some paperwork for him and I go out to give it to him. I love Wisconsin weather. Yesterday it was too hot for me to put my top down. And this morning it was too cool.
