So the idea of subtitling a video in a foreign language with completely random subtitles isn't particularly new (see What's up Tiger Lily), but this one is different...they don't make up random text, they find homophones in English for the Indian and it almost makes sense.

I really want to buy one. But it's sooo expensive. :( Cheapest I can find the ReadyNAS NV+ for is like $700. Add in the cost of 3 harddisks plus tax and it's over 1K!

I've been thinking about social networks, blogs, etc. When e-mail supplanted regular mail, people who refused to "get online" kinda were left out of the loop. Similar things happen with IMs, and I think social networks may be doing something similar.
