I approve of your three strikes rule. If I were the kind of person who called people ever, I would need to do that I bet. It's not bitchy, assholes deserve to be cut off from cool people. Maybe in a cage or pen or similarly belittling enclosure. Hopefully in public so rotten fruit and hateful jabs can be thrown at them.
