Tired but happy

It's been an extremely busy few days

Last week was spent preparing for ID's 2nd Coronet Tourney which I was running. It's my first Principality event and has consumed my thoughts for far longer than it should have.
There were days during the summer that I honestly was close to panic - thinking I'd make a serious mess of it. ( Cut for length )

You definitely did not make a serious mess of it. You didn't make a mess of it at all. It was a lovely and quite enjoyable event in a gorgeous location. Yay!!! Thank you for all of your hard work. I know how stressful it is.

I think you did a great job, and I, for one, was most appreciative of the early breakfast on Sunday. Thank you for thinking of those of us who had to leave early!

Every steward I know has this feeling - 'what if noone shows up? what have I forgotten? did I get enough toilet paper?' etc etc. It seems par for the course, no matter how many times you do it.

I think you should be very pleased with the outcome. The on-the-day problems were not due to your actions, but completely beyond your ken.

And: it's not your job to do all the work! It's your job to make sure it all gets done - preferably by delegating. :-)
